Crispy pickled squash without sterilization

There are about as many different ways to cook pickled squash as there are recipes for cucumbers. Today I will tell you how to make them very crispy, but at the same time do without sterilization. The recipe is not only tasty, but also convenient.

Step by step cooking recipe

Wash the squash and boil for about 7 minutes in boiling water.

Put them in clean jars with garlic. You can add dill, leaves, chili, or whatever.

Boil a liter of water with sugar, salt and vinegar.

Pour over the squash, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Drain the marinade, boil it again and pour over the squash.

Roll up the cans for the winter.
