Crispy pickled waves for the winter

The most interesting secrets of cooking mushrooms are known by mushroom pickers. Somehow I managed to get a recipe for crispy marinated fritters from them. It would seem that nothing special, but the mushrooms are so tasty that it is simply impossible to break away!

Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the volnushki thoroughly and soak in cold water for a day.

Transfer the mushrooms to a saucepan, cover with clean water and boil for 20 minutes.

Throw the waves in a colander and let drain.

Place the mushrooms in a large bowl, add the minced garlic, spices, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Stir, top with cherry leaves and dill umbrellas. Cover with a wide plate, set oppression and refrigerate for a day.

Remove the mushrooms from the refrigerator, warm at room temperature for several hours, put in jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, roll up and turn upside down.
