Cucumbers with mint for the winter

The Greeks add mint to almost all dishes. In small quantities, aromatic herb gives a touch of freshness and favorably sets off the taste of the main ingredients. Let’s borrow this wonderful practice and prepare mint cucumbers.

Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse cucumbers and soak for 3 hours in cold water.

At the bottom of sterilized jars, place black pepper, mint, bay leaf, chopped garlic.

Tamp the cucumbers tightly, cover with boiling water and leave for 25-30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Boil 2 minutes.

Pour vinegar and boiling marinade into jars with cucumbers. Roll up and wrap with a thick towel for a day.
