. Soak the natural sausage casing in cold water (for 20-30 minutes) and then rinse it under running water
. Prepare minced meat:
• chop onion, garlic and dill in a blender
• combine minced meat and chopped onion / garlic / dill
• add salt, black pepper and curry here
• thoroughly mix minced meat with spices
. Stuff the shell with minced meat and form sausages
. Prepare sausages in any way convenient for you
. Prepare sauce:
• chop the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic with a knife
• heat vegetable oil in a frying pan
• fry onion and garlic in hot oil (2-3 minutes)
• hot pepper cut into small cubes – add to the fried onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes
• add tomato paste to the pan – fry for 1-2 minutes
• add curry and paprika to the pan – fry for 2-3 minutes
• squeeze juice from an orange
• add juice to the pan – wait until the juice is absorbed into the spices
• add honey – warm up for 1-2 minutes
• add salt and black pepper to taste – mix well
• add pelati tomatoes – mix
• add cinnamon sticks
• simmer the sauce for 5-10 minutes
• ready sauce to remove from fire
. Cut the finished sausages, pour plenty of sauce on top and sprinkle with curry
. Serve currywursts with french fries or fresh vegetables
