Custard for Napoleon, from a Siberian without oil

Step by step cooking recipe

Heat milk and add 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, leave on the stove.

Beat eggs with sugar until white.

add flour to eggs and beat again

add not all hot milk to eggs and flour, but only 1/3 of 500 ml.


Pour everything back into milk and boil, stirring until bubbles.

After about 30 – 60 seconds, remove and cover the surface of the cream with cling film.

Additional Information

Instead of half a glass of sugar, I used only 2 bags of vanilla sugar – 16 grams.
