Dessert with banana, boiled condensed milk and chia seeds
Step by step cooking recipe
For the banana layer: add chia seeds to Greek yogurt (I have homemade), mix and leave for 20-30 minutes, you need the chia to infuse.
Puree bananas with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add sugar to banana puree and beat until sugar dissolves.
Then add Greek yogurt with chia seeds to the puree, mix and set aside for now.
Pour gelatin (I have instant) with water, mix and heat (do not boil !!!) in the microwave with impulse movements, it is necessary that the gelatin disperse.
Then gelatin (see that it is not hot) is gradually introduced into the yoghurt mass at room temperature, mix and pour the first layer into bowls or cups.
We put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
For the caramel layer: combine sour cream (I have homemade) with boiled condensed milk and pierce with an immersion blender until smooth.
Pour gelatin (I have instant) with water, mix and heat (do not boil !!!) in the microwave with impulse movements, it is necessary that the gelatin disperse.
Then gelatin (see that it is not hot) is gradually introduced into the sour cream mass at room temperature, mix and pour the second layer into bowls or cups.
And thus we alternate the banana layer with caramel.
Top the finished dessert with cocoa.
