Ingredients

  • Pear –
    1 kg
  • Lemon –
    2 pieces
  • Sugar
    130 Mr
  • Mineral water
    1 l

Step by step cooking recipe

Squeeze the juice from the pear in any way, strain and add sugar.

Boil the juice for 10 minutes over low heat. Let the workpiece cool down.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons, mix with pear syrup and add mineral water to the duchess.
