Duck stew with persimmon

Rinse the duck legs and pat dry with paper towels.
Put the pan on the stove, pour a little vegetable oil and fry the chicken legs over high heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add garlic, rosemary, pour in water so that it half covers the duck legs, cover and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.
Add chopped persimmons and simmer for another 15 minutes.
