Duck stewed with pineapple

In a well-heated pan, quickly fry the pieces of duck.
Lay them out on a plate.
In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Remove the skin from canned tomatoes (I have homemade).
Pineapple cut into cubes.
Put the tomatoes in the pan with the onions and pour in the juice from them.
Add pineapple chunks.
Bring to a boil, salt and add sugar if sour.
Put the duck pieces into the pan.
Add spices to taste.
Simmer the duck for about an hour over low heat.
Serve with any side dish along with a delicious sauce.
