You can use lemon juice already prepared or squeeze it yourself from fresh fruit.

Mix lemon juice with salt and sugar.

Pour sunflower oil into the bowl.

Add the mustard, egg and the resulting mass of lemon juice, salt and sugar.

Immerse the blender to the bottom of the bowl and start mixing the ingredients at minimum speed, gradually raising the blender higher.

The blender bowl should fix the yolk, until a white mass forms.

Beat without raising the blender for 40 seconds.

Then lift the blender and beat until a dense, light mass is obtained for another 30 seconds.

Transfer the finished mayonnaise to a convenient storage container and place in the refrigerator.

Mayonnaise is ready, be sure to try at least once to make it yourself.

Homemade is just as good as store bought!
