Enoki Mushroom Appetizer in Bacon with Spicy Asian Grilled Sauce

Let’s start by making the sauce.

Carefully wrap the bacon in a roll so that the mushrooms in the sauce are in the middle of it and fasten the roll with a toothpick.
We kindle the grill and heat it up to a temperature of 175 to 230 degrees – this is medium heat, it is on it that these snacks should be fried.
We spread the rolls on a preheated grill in an area of \u200b\u200bdirect heat.
Fry them for 5-6 minutes, constantly turning them over so that the bacon is golden on all sides.
