Festive bread with cinnamon, raisins and nuts

Combine flour, cinnamon, salt.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

Combine the egg, sour milk, yeast mash, butter, mix.

Pour the dry mixture, knead the dough, in the last minutes of the kneading, add the raisins and nuts, they should be well distributed in the dough.

Put the finished dough into a lightly oiled bowl and leave to approach for 1 hour, the volume of the dough should increase by 2 times.

Knead the risen dough, stretch it into a layer, grease with oil and sleep with cinnamon sugar, shape the bread and put it seam down into the mold.

Let it rise in the form for 30-40 minutes, grease the top with milk and bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes.

Grease the finished hot bread with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
