Fluffy and soft Turkish flatbreads – bazlama
Mix yeast with sugar.
Add warm milk and water.
Stir until yeast dissolves and leave for 10 minutes.
Sift flour.
Add salt and stir.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour and knead the dough.
You don’t need to knead the dough.
Just cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.
We divide the dough into 6-8 parts.
We roll each piece into a circle 3-5 mm thick.
Fry in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
After I greased with butter.
