Are you used to store-bought pineapples in syrup? But what if you just roll up fresh pineapple jam yourself? It is perfect for all kinds of fillings, and just for tea. With it, pancakes, cheesecakes and your favorite ice cream are much tastier.

Step by step cooking recipe

Roughly chop the pineapple. Add lemon juice and water.

Bring everything to a boil and cook for an hour over low heat.

Add sugar and cinnamon, and cook over high heat for another half hour.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
