Fried mushrooms with balsamic topping

We cut the champignons into medium cubes, if we leave the small ones as they are.
Fry in a dry frying pan for 5-6 minutes.
If there is a gas burner, then literally 30 seconds to process from above.
We cut the garlic.
Add butter.
Add garlic.
Fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Add topping.
Another 2 minutes for the mushrooms to caramelize.
Lay out on a plate.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
Appetizers are good, both hot and cold.
