Step by step cooking recipe

Defrost the fish, remove the entrails, cut off the head and tail, rinse and dry with a paper towel.

Lubricate with mayonnaise using a culinary brush.

Mix flour with salt, put on a plate.

Dip each fish in flour and put in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Ideal served with mashed potatoes or rice.

Additional Information

Today I’m roasting saffron cod. The fish is tender inside, with a crispy, golden crust.
