Friendship porridge with oyster mushrooms and porcini mushrooms
Step by step cooking recipe
Porridge made from millet and rice is called “Friendship”.
Rinse the millet and rice until the water runs clear.
Oyster mushrooms, if large, chop, if small, then divide into separate mushrooms.
Soak dry porcini mushrooms in warm water for 20-30 minutes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until yellow.
Add oyster mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes, the mushrooms should soften and release the juice.
Sliced soaked porcini mushrooms.
Chop the garlic.
Put porcini mushrooms and garlic in a pan with oyster mushrooms and fry everything together for another three minutes.
Put the fried mushrooms with onions and garlic in a saucepan, pour a mixture of rice and millet on top and add water 1.5-2 cm above the cereal.
Put laurel and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer the porridge under the lid for 30 minutes until the cereal is ready.
