Galeta three potatoes with chicken

Step by step cooking recipe

Prepare the dough from the indicated ingredients.

Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.

Mix water and oil.

Knead the dough and let stand for 20-30 minutes.

Boil chicken breast.

Fry onions and carrots until golden brown and add chopped chicken breast to the pan.

Slightly fry everything together.

Boil potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Cut potatoes, sweet potato, onion and apple into rings.

Roll out the dough into a circle.

Brush the middle with sour cream.

Lay out the meat filling.

Spread on the meat, alternating in turn, rings of potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions and apples.

Place chunks of butter on top.

Wrap the edges over the filling, making folds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Additional Information

For the biscuit, I took three types of potatoes: regular white, purple-fleshed, and sweet potatoes (called sweet potatoes). 🥔

Such a biscuit will be a great dinner for the family on New Year’s holidays. 👍
