Sift flour into a deep bowl, add yeast, salt and mix dry ingredients.
Pour in warm water and knead the dough. When all the flour interferes with the dough, add vegetable oil and knead the dough.
The dough should be soft and tender, but at the same time completely lag behind the hands.
Gather the dough into a ball, cover the bowl and let the dough double in volume, it takes 1.5-2 hours.
Then divide the dough into three parts.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave to rest for another 15 minutes.
Then take one ball, stretch it, put it on a baking sheet, stretch it a little wide to form a rhombus.
Make a hole in the center (see video).
Leave the blank for proofing for another 15 minutes, covered with a towel.
During this time, the oven will heat up.
Bake Georgian bread shotis puri in a well-heated oven at maximum temperature.
I bake at 270 degrees for 7 minutes.
