Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the beef, cut into small pieces and place in a pot of cold water.

Add spices and cook for 50 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes, carrots and peeled onions.

Dry the walnuts in a pan and chop in a blender.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent.

Add nuts and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add adjika, tkemali sauce, tomatoes and garlic passed through a press. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Transfer the roast to the pot with the beef. Add carrots, washed rice and cook everything together for 20 minutes.

Salt and after 2 minutes remove the pan from the heat.
