Peel and mince the ginger. Usually 1 tsp is used for 200 ml of water. minced ginger, but you can adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
Cut half a lemon into slices, squeeze the juice from the rest.
At the bottom of the teapot, place lemon slices and a few fresh mint leaves (optional).
Place chopped ginger into a tea strainer, fill the teapot with hot (about 90 ° C) boiled water. Cover the teapot with a lid and leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes.
Then you need to remove the strainer with ginger and add lemon juice to the tea.
