Step by step cooking recipe
Sort the gooseberries, remove dry tails and rinse thoroughly.
Peel bananas, cut or break into small pieces.
Place the berries and banana pieces in a saucepan.
Pour in half the sugar and simmer for 2 minutes over low heat.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender and add the remaining sugar.
Boil for 10 minutes, place in prepared jars and roll up.
