Gooseberry and orange fanta for the winter

Step by step cooking recipe

Sort the gooseberries, peel and rinse.

Scald oranges with boiling water and cut along with the peel.

Place berries and orange slices in sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water over, cover with lids and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 3 minutes.

Pour boiling syrup into jars and roll up.
