If you have delicious grapes and some free time, be sure to try this recipe. Grape jelly is an amazing treat that can be served with pastries or eaten just like that. Note that as it cools, the mass thickens.

Step by step cooking recipe

Remove the grapes from the brushes, rinse under running water and lay out to dry on a towel.

Put dry grapes in a saucepan with a thick bottom and heat slowly until grape juice appears.

Pass the resulting mass through a sieve. It is convenient to use a wooden spoon for this.

Mix grape puree with sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Fill the prepared jars with hot jelly, close the lids and wrap them in a warm blanket for a day.
