Green adjika for the winter without cooking


Adjika is a spicy Georgian dish. Traditionally, it is made from hot peppers dried in the sun. Now there are many variations of this recipe. There is even green adjika without cooking. Let’s get it ready for winter today!

Step by step cooking recipe

Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stalk.

Disassemble the garlic into cloves and remove the husk.

Grind parsley, garlic, hot and bell pepper in a blender.

Add sugar, ground coriander, salt and vinegar.

Mix, place in clean, dry jars and tightly close with nylon lids. Store green adjika in a dark, cool place.
