Despite all the simplicity in this recipe, there is still one important point: green string beans are easy to digest. Depending on the size of the pieces, the cooking time may vary slightly. You can add some of your favorite spices if you like.

Step by step cooking recipe

Prepare the string beans, cut off the hard edges, chop.

Boil water, add salt, chopped green beans and boil for 5 minutes.

Catch the beans with a colander and place in prepared jars.

Boil the remaining liquid, add vinegar and fill the beans in jars to the top. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it in a blanket for a day.
