And that’s where this oat porridge fits in perfectly. It only takes 15 minutes to prepare and that’s it nutritious breakfast on the table. The porridge is beautifully creamy. And the blueberry compote gives breakfast a fruity-sweet note. Perfect!

200 g frozen blueberries
2 EL Maple syrup
60 g fine oatmeal
240 ml whole milk
Place the blueberries, 2 tablespoons water, and maple syrup in a small saucepan and cook for seven minutes.
Put the oats and milk in a saucepan and cook for five minutes until soft. Stir from time to time so that the oatmeal becomes even creamier.
To serve, place the porridge in a bowl and top with the blueberry compote. Drizzle a little more maple syrup on top.
