  1. Finely chop the parsley.

  3. Cut oranges into circles.
  4. Cut the beef, fry in a pan on one side.

  6. Pour half a glass of boiling water into the pan, wait until everything boils, close the lid and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Beef with apples

  • Beef fillet – 250 gr.
  • Apples – 2 pcs.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 pcs.
  • Tomato paste – 100 gr.
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes, onion into half rings, chop the garlic, apples into cubes.
  2. Fry the garlic and onion, then the meat, until golden brown.
  3. Pour the pasta into the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  4. After mixing, pour water so that it covers the meat.
  5. When it boils, put the apples and simmer for a couple of hours.

Meat and sauces

  • Cranberries in any form, frozen or fresh – 150 gr.
  • Honey – 1 tbsp.
  • Orange – 1 pc.

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Remove the zest from the orange, squeeze out the juice – so that it is at least 50 ml.
  2. Put the berries and honey in a saucepan, pour over the juice and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add zest and cook for another five minutes.
  4. Beat the sauce with a blender.

Meat and dried fruits

Dried fruits are a great pair for meat: they add spice and the right sweetness. Let’s cook beef with prunes and dried apricots.


  • Beef – 450-500 gr.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Carrot – 1 pc. (large)
  • Prunes – 100 gr.
  • Dried apricots – 100 gr.
  • Dried barberry – 7 pcs.
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Finely chop the onion, coarsely chop the carrots, and cut the beef into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
  3. Add carrots, fry for five minutes, then put everything on a plate.
  4. In the same pan, fry the beef, then return the vegetables to the pan, pour hot water – to cover the meat – and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Put dried apricots and prunes to meat and vegetables, simmer for another thirty minutes.
  6. Then pepper and salt, add barberry to the pan and cook for about 15 minutes.
