However, here you also need to know the measure (water consumption is an individual matter, it is better to consult with doctors), and the time when you can and cannot drink the same juices (not on an empty stomach in the morning).


Salad with chicken


  • Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
  • Radish – 1 pc.
  • Spinach – 30 gr.
  • Yogurt sauce – to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Spices – to taste
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Natural yogurt – 70 gr.
  • Onion and dill – 1 bunch each

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Fry the meat with spices and squeezed garlic.
  2. Cut radishes into circles, cherry tomatoes into halves.
  3. Finely chop the greens.
  4. Wash spinach leaves and put on a dish.
  5. Put slices of meat, radishes and cherry tomatoes on top, sprinkle with herbs and pour over yogurt sauce.

Potato with mint


  • Young potatoes – 500 gr.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Greek yogurt – 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard – 1/2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Mint chopped – 2 tbsp.

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Boil potatoes, drain water.
  2. Mix all other ingredients.
  3. Cut potatoes, pour dressing.

Penne with vegetables


  • Penne – 200 gr.
  • Eggplant – 1 pc.
  • Zucchini (small) – 2 pcs.
  • Pepper red and yellow – 1/2 pc.
  • Cherry – 100 gr.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Cut the eggplant into cubes, thinly cut the zucchini, peppers into slices.
  2. Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven (200 degrees) for half an hour (or a little less).
  3. 10 minutes after the start of baking, add cherry tomatoes.
  4. Cook penne.
  5. Drain the water and add the prepared vegetables to the pasta, mix everything.
