Hungarian-style pickled cucumbers for the winter

I love to pickle cucumbers for the winter. Under the influence of a fragrant marinade, vegetables easily retain their usefulness and give us a feeling of summer mood throughout the winter. One of my favorite recipes has its roots in Hungarian cuisine. I’ll tell you more!
Step by step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours in advance.
Pack them tightly in clean, dry jars with chopped carrots, onions and peppers. You can add more spices.
Boil water with sugar, salt and vinegar.
Pour marinade over cucumbers, sterilize for 15 minutes and roll up for the winter.
