Ice cream in cookies in 5 minutes

Add sugar, sour cream and vanilla to the cottage cheese, mix everything well with a fork (do not beat with a blender).

Any cookie can be taken.

For each cookie, put 1-2 tsp of our curd filling, and cover with a second cookie.

Send to the freezer for 1 hour and our ice cream is ready.
