- Live yeast – 30 gr.
- Water – 2 glasses
- Onions – 7-8 pcs.

- Baking powder – 2 tsp
- Sugar – 200 gr.

- Pour sugar into water, stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add butter, then flour (sifted) and baking powder.
- Make a dense elastic dough, lay out most of it in a mold with sides.
- Spread the jam, grate the rest of the dough and fill it with jam.
- Bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 30-40 minutes.
