Grind cookies, add butter, jam, cocoa, nuts and chocolate.
Mix well to form a brick and refrigerate.
Make the dough – in a bowl, mix the egg and powdered sugar.
Add butter, flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough.
Roll out the layer, put a brick of filling and wrap.
Cover with icing (whipped protein with powdered sugar) and jam.
Cut into pieces and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
