First of all, put the chicken in a bowl, fill it with water, add vegetables, salt, bay leaf, bouillon cubes.
And leave to cook for 90 minutes on low heat.
Then we send gelatin to the plate, fill it with broth and let it swell for 20 minutes.
Then strain the broth through paper towels.
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Then we send the swollen gelatin to the still hot broth and mix everything well.
When everything is prepared, we put the chicken in a bowl, pour it with broth, cover with a film and send it to the refrigerator until it hardens.
