Keta steaks in mustard marinade maheev
Step by step cooking recipe
In a container, combine soy sauce, lemon juice and grainy mustard TM “Maheev”.
Mix.
Dip the salmon steaks on each side in the marinade.
Then place the steaks in a plastic bag (preferably in two) and pour the marinade into the bag.
Marinate for about 30-40 minutes, turning the bag occasionally so that the steaks are soaked with marinade on all sides.
Then transfer the steaks to a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cook in the oven, preheated to 190 gr., 20 minutes.
