Step by step cooking recipe

Separate the cauliflower into florets and boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling water. Drain in a colander and let cool.

Finely chop the onion and carrot and mix all the ingredients together.

Leave the workpiece for 3-4 hours and stir occasionally.

Pack cabbage tightly into clean, dry jars. Top up with boiling water as needed.

Sterilize the jars for 15 minutes and roll up for the winter.
