Lavash rolls stuffed with chicken, bacon and cheese with cream sauce

Cut up the chicken.

Put in a deep bowl.

Add greens, cottage cheese and fifty grams of mozzarella.

Finely chop the bacon.

Fry until golden brown.

Add some of the bacon to the stuffing and reserve some for the sauce.

Mix stuffing.

Put it on the edge of the pita bread, roll into tubes and cut into several pieces.

Lay the tubes in a baking dish.

Melt the butter in the pan where the bacon was fried.

Lay out the grainy mustard.

Then pour in the cream, heat, but do not boil.

Add the rest of the bacon, salt, pepper and Italian herbs.

Stir. Add mozzarella and cook until cheese melts.

Pour the sauce onto tubes and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
