Boil rice until half cooked in salted water.

Separate 3-4 cabbage leaves and put them in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

Shred the rest of the cabbage.

Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

Add rice, fried onions with garlic, chopped cabbage to minced meat.

Salt, pepper, add the egg, mix thoroughly.

Blind 4 stuffed cabbage rolls from minced meat, roll them in breadcrumbs and quickly fry until golden brown in vegetable oil on both sides.

Lay the fried cabbage rolls on the cabbage leaves.

To prepare the sauce, peel the garlic, finely chop.
