Today I want to tell you about my favorite recipe for canned lecho, which will make your winter much more pleasant and warmer. This is a hot pepper lecho that warms in the literal sense of the word. A must try if you like savory snacks.
Step by step cooking recipe
Chop both peppers. Grind tomatoes with a blender.
Send everything to the pot. Add sugar, salt and butter, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chopped cilantro and garlic. Boil for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the lecho into sterilized jars for the winter.
