Step by step cooking recipe
Boil the tomato juice. Add oil and chopped pepper.
Boil everything together for 40 minutes over low heat.
Add honey, vinegar, salt and crushed garlic.
Boil lecho for another 3 minutes and roll into sterilized jars.
