Citruses are sold in stores all year round, so you can make jam from lemons at any time. Many cook it together with the peel, but without it it turns out much more tender and more beautiful. Here is a tried and tested recipe that I have been using for many years.

Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse lemons with boiling water, peel and peel white films.

Grind the citruses in a blender or chop finely.

Sprinkle with sugar and leave for 3-4 hours.

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Fill prepared jars with hot jam, roll up and leave warm for a day.
