Lemon pie – step by step recipe with photo

Melt the butter for the dough.

Add a pinch of salt to melted butter, 1 tsp. sugar, both types of sifted flour and baking soda (I quenched with lemon juice).

Knead the dough.

Pinch off 1/4 of the finished dough, wrap a piece of this dough in cling film and put in the freezer.

Wash the lemon and mandarin, cut the lemon into slices, then into pieces.

Remove the skin from the mandarin and cut into pieces.

Put the mandarin and orange into the blender bowl and chop.

Add both types of sugar to the resulting citrus mass, mix, the filling is ready.

Roll out the dough and put the rolled out layer in a baking dish, trim the protruding edges of the dough.

Put the stuffing in the form.

Remove a piece of dough from the freezer and grate on a coarse grater.

Sprinkle top of pie with grated pastry.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Take the cake out of the mold, let it cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve with tea.
