Lenten cookies on cucumber brine

In a bowl, mix brine, sugar, baking powder and vegetable oil.

We stir with a whisk.

Gradually add all the flour.

I knead the dough.

Roll out into a layer of 0.8 cm and cut out cookies with cookie cutters.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
