Lenten gingerbread with dried fruits and dried berries

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash dried fruits, pour hot water.

Dried berries pour boiling water for 10 minutes.

Brew a green tea bag and let cool until warm.

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add the sifted flour with baking powder.

Add cocoa, stir.

Pour in warm tea, mix until smooth.

Dry the dried fruits, cut into pieces.

Squeeze dried berries.

Add dried fruits and berries to the dough, mix.

Pour the resulting dough into a mold lined with parchment and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove the gingerbread from the oven, let cool, cut into portioned pieces and serve with tea, coffee.
