Lush Easter cake, the secret of cooking
. Soak raisins for 15 minutes in warm water.
Opara: mix milk with yeast.
Add 250 gr of flour from the total.
Stir and leave for 20-30 minutes in a warm place.
. Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Add vanilla sugar, sugar, turmeric and nutmeg to the yolks.
Beat for 5 minutes. Add orange zest and mix.
First, add the yolks to the approached dough, mix.
Then soft butter, mix.
Proteins and mix again.
Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
Knead the dough for 20 minutes with your hands. Combine 10 minutes.
Leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
The dough should double in size.
It may take longer.

Let the dough rise again until it doubles in size.
In the meantime, prepare the forms.
After distributing into forms (I form balls).
Forms are filled in 1/3 part.
Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After turning on the oven at 100 gr and put the Easter cakes for 10 minutes.
Then raise the temperature to 180 and cook until done.
Approximately 20 minutes.

. Frosting: Pour powdered sugar and cornstarch into a saucepan.
Add water and stir with a whisk until smooth.
Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds.
Then pour into another bowl and beat until thick and white.
