Mandarin jam with peel

Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the tangerines thoroughly, cover with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
Then fill them with cold water and leave for 12 hours.
Cut the tangerines in half or any other way.
Boil water with half the sugar and boil until dissolved.
Put the tangerines there, bring to a boil again and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Leave for 4 hours, add 250 g of sugar and boil for another 20 minutes.
Repeat the previous step.
Leave the tangerines again for 4 hours, then drain the syrup and reduce it by half on the stove.
Return the tangerines to the syrup, bring to a boil and roll the jam into sterile jars.
