Step by step cooking recipe
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion, cut into half rings, adding a pinch of salt and baking soda on the tip of the knife.
Fry the onion until soft.
Remove the pan from the stove.
Cut the meat into steaks about 2 cm thick.
Dry with a paper towel and grease with vegetable oil.
Fry the meat in a very hot frying pan for two minutes on each side.
Transfer the fried steaks to a deep baking sheet.
We add each piece, pepper, sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Turn the steaks over and repeat this operation on the second side.
For each piece of meat, lay out a crushed clove of garlic, fried onion and a piece of butter. We cover the baking sheet with foil and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees (heating up and down).
Cooking 15-20 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the meat rest for ten minutes and you can serve.
Pickled vegetables go very well with this meat.
