Meat rolls with mushrooms and cheese
Step by step cooking recipe
Meat beat the meat into a thin layer.
Brush with soy sauce, grainy mustard and rub with garlic.
Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Prepare frosting.
Combine ketchup, vegetable oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and orange juice.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Place the mushroom filling on the edge of each chop.
Crumble a piece of feta on top.
Roll into tight rolls.
Pour into a baking dish and brush with glaze.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 C.
