Mimosa salad with smoked halibut, green salad and maheev mayonnaise
Step by step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes and carrots until tender.
Hard boil eggs.
All layers except halibut and lettuce are grated.
Salad needs to be cut, and the fish should be disassembled into small pieces.
Lettuce is collected in layers, each layer is smeared with mayonnaise.
The first layer is potatoes.
The second is halibut.
The third is finely chopped lettuce onion.
The fourth is chopped lettuce.
Fifth – carrots.
The sixth is egg white.
The seventh is the yolk of the egg.
Decorate to your liking.
