Mimosa snack cake with maheev salad dressing

Melt butter. Whisk the egg.

Add salt, sugar, soda, sour cream to the egg, mix.

Gradually adding the sifted flour, knead a soft dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Hard-boil eggs for filling, peel, leave 2 eggs for decoration.

For the filling, mash canned food, add grated eggs, grated cheese, chopped garlic, salad mayonnaise.


The filling should not be thick.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into 5 parts.

Roll each part of the dough thinly into a rectangular layer approximately 20 by 30 cm in size.

Put the rolled layer in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

Roll out and bake the rest of the cakes in the same way.

Cut the edges of the finished cakes to size (you can use a rectangular board for this).

Put 1/4 of the filling on the first cake, put the second layer on top, a layer of filling and thus collect our cake.

Do not grease the topmost layer.

Wrap in cling film, put a load (oppression) on top and leave the cake for impregnation (for 3-4 hours).

Then grease the top layer with mayonnaise.

Divide boiled eggs into whites and yolks.

Grate the squirrels, cover the surface of the cake.

Flatten the cake with a sharp knife.

Divide into square pieces.

Decorate each square with dill sprigs and decorate with crumbled yolk.
